How long does it take to receive my card?
Once you verify your identity, and deposit funds to your account, you can create your Prepaid Card instantly.
How do I access my card?
Your Prepaid Card is accessible inside your account. You can access it by clicking on the “Dashboard” button on the top left corner of the screen.
What information must I provide when signing up for the card and why?
You will need to provide your email address, full name, and date of birth and a valid government-issued photo ID. You must also agree to the cardHolder Agreement. The PG Visa Rewards Card is subject to certain federal banking rules and regulations, so we are required to obtain minimum amount of information from customers.
Why do I have to submit my date of birth?
Our card provider may require your date fo birth to verify your identity as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. KYC is a set of standards designed to protect financial institutions against fraud. Because PG Rewards is subject to certain federal banking rules and regulations, you must submit your date of birth (if it is requested) in order to use your card.
